While every effort is taken to ensure that your PlateLok screws are designed and manufactured to the highest possible standards, farouse design ltd cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage resulting from the use of this product.

We will endeavour to dispatch your order within 7 working days, (not including public holidays) however we cannot be held liable for any problems associated with the Royal Mail.

If, for any reason we cannot fulfil your order within the allotted time we will contact you to inform you of such. You will then have the option of waiting until your order can be completed or receiving a full refund.

Your goods should arrive suitable for immediate use. If, for any reason they are damaged, please return them to us, unused, stating the problem encountered and you will receive a full refund or replacement goods as required.
